ENGLISH

SHIPPING:
We do always send your package with track and trace and within 2 weeks, except for custommade jewellery. Please write in a message if you need it faster, then we will do our best to do it before time.
We send your jewellery in pretty pastel boxes, and please let us know if you are ordering jewellery to give away as a present – then we will happily gift wrap it for you.

RETURNS:
In accordance with Danish legislation an item can be returned within 14 days. This is from the day that the item was received. So you have 14 days to return it to the address below on this site. The item returned must be in the original condition, which includes jewellery box and original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will not be refunded. Please note that the items are your responsibility until they reach the workshop and please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. Pernille Lauridsen is not responsible for any items that are returned in error or lost in the mail, so you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that custommade jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGE:
If you wish to exchange an item, please write an email with the specific details to shop@pernillelauridsen.com Any exchange, must take place within the 14 days of return right. Shipping cost of exchanged goods is your own.

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Vi sender altid din pakke med track og trace og sender dit smykke indenfor 2 uger, bortset fra custommade smykker. Skriv venligst en besked, hvis du har brug for det hurtigere, så vil vi gøre vores bedste for at lave det før tid.
Vi sender dine smykker i smukke pastelæsker, men sig til hvis du vil have den pakket ind som gave, og vi vil med glæde gøre dette.

AFHENT SELV:
Varerne sendes fra København, så hvis du bor i byen, kan du også vælge selv at afhente en bestille til FLUX a Jewellery Collective på dybbølsgade 66, Vesterbro. Vælg venligst denne mulighed, når du går igennem bestillingsprocessen. Du modtager en sms, når den er klar til afhentning, så skriv venligst dit korrekte telefonnummer i ordreprocessen.

RETURNERING:
I overensstemmelse med dansk lovgivning kan en vare returneres inden for 14 dage. Dette er fra den dag, hvor varen blev modtaget. Så du har 14 dage til at returnere den til nedenstående adresse på denne side. Den returnerede vare skal være i den oprindelige tilstand, som inkluderer smykkeskrin og originalemballage. Alle varer vil blive inspiceret ved retur og noget i uegnet tilstand vil ikke blive refunderet. Bemærk venligst, at varerne er dit ansvar, indtil de når værkstedet, og sørg for at pakke din forsendselde godt ind for at forhindre beskadigelse af emner eller kasser. Pernille Lauridsen er ikke ansvarlig for varer, der returneres fejlagtigt eller går tabt i posten, så du bør overveje at bruge en sporbar forsendelse eller købe forsendelsesforsikring. Vi garanterer ikke, at vi modtager din returnerede vare. Du er ansvarlig for at betale for dine egne forsendelsesomkostninger for at returnere din vare.
Forsendelsesomkostningerne kan ikke refunderes.

BYTTE:
Hvis du ønsker at bytte et emne, bedes du skrive en email med de specifikke detaljer til shop@pernillelauridsen.com Ethvert byt af vare skal ske inden for 14 dages returret. Forsendelsesomkostningerne for ombytning af varer er din egen.

Når din returpakke er modtaget og inspiceret, sender vi dig en email for at give dig besked om, at vi har modtaget din returnerede vare. Vi vil også underrette dig om godkendelse eller afvisning af din refusion.
Hvis du er godkendt, bliver din refusion behandlet, og en kredit vil automatisk blive anvendt på dit kreditkort eller den oprindelige betalingsmåde inden for 14 dage.

FORSINKET ELLER MANGLENDE REFUSION:
Hvis du ikke har modtaget din refusion endnu, skal du først tjekke din bankkonto igen. Kontakt derefter dit kreditkortselskab, det kan tage lidt tid før din refusion er officielt bogført. Dernæst kontakt din bank. Der er ofte noget behandlingstid, før en refusion er tilbagesendt.

Returns

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
